Identification: A valid and original government photo ID must be presented for verification before entering the casino. International guests must present their passports upon request.
Dress Code: Formal or smart casual attire is required. Shorts, sleeveless t-shirts, flip-flops, and chappals are not permitted.
Communication Consent: By making a booking, you agree to receive communications via WhatsApp/SMS and email, which may include details such as your voucher and other key information.
Right to Admission: Admission is at the discretion of the management.
Baggage Policy: Backpacks, laptop bags, and other large bags are not allowed. Charges will apply for storing baggage, depending on bag size. The management’s decision is final in this regard.
Age Restriction: The minimum age for entry to the casino gaming floor is 21. Guests under 21 will not be allowed in the gaming area.
Photography & Videography: Photography and videography are prohibited in restricted areas and are subject to management’s discretion.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted in designated areas.
Inebriation Policy: Guests in an inebriated state will not be allowed entry. Management reserves the right to stop serving alcoholic beverages to inebriated guests and to ask such guests to leave the premises. A minimum charge of INR 2000 will apply for damage and cleaning.
Behavior and Conduct
Unruly Behaviour: Management reserves the right to remove individuals displaying unruly or disruptive behaviour.
Card Transactions: The cardholder’s name must match the name on all debit and credit cards used for transactions at the casino. This will be verified with an authentic, government-issued identity proof upon request. Cards belonging to joint account holders and companies will not be accepted. International cards are not accepted.
Prohibited Items: Dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, are not allowed in Galaxy Casino.
